RT Weddings is a wedding photography business run by professional photographer Dean Robson. Dean is based in Sawbridgeworth in Hertfordshire and mainly covers weddings in the Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent and Bedfordshire regions, although he does travel far beyond on request. Dean specialises in natural and casual looking wedding photography ensuring to capture the emotion and expression from a wedding day.

Before setting up his own business in 2007 (RT Weddings) Dean managed the lab production for Kodak Weddings a division of Kodak Ltd (http://www.kodak.com) KodakWeddings handled over 4000 weddings per year. Aswell as photographing weddings for Kodak, Dean also oversaw the entire production workflow from printing proofs, colour adjusting photographs, digital effects to designing and producing albums. He now utilises all these valuable skills in both his photography and also his digital lab workflow for his customers. This means that he is able to not only offer a great photography service, but also a great after care service from producing high quality prints to designing fabulous looking albums and wedding books.

Dean decided to set up this blog to showcase his recent wedding photographs and give you an inside feel to his style and his working practise.

This also gives you an insight of his opinions, ethos and also his advice on wedding photography from experience.

“I believe as a wedding photographer my photographs should tell the story of your wedding day. I usually take a mixture of styles on each wedding I do including natural and casual photographs in a more journalistic approach, as well as traditional and posed shots. My aim is to be as unintrusive as possible for the majority of the day, but taking the lead when required to do so (ie. for the formal group photographs).
