Wedding Photography at Crondon Park, Stock, Essex

On Saturday I photographed a wedding at Crondon Park in Stock, Essex on behalf of my good friend Steve (Im-Art Photography) for Carla and David. It was going to be a hot one, but I much prefer that than rain!

I arrived at the brides leaving location in Romford 2 hours before the ceremony and started the pre-wedding shoot, the bride looked dazzling!

I tried a new shot where I asked the bride to sit in a chair with the dress draped behind and got one of the page boys to lift the dress behind her. After a few more shots I moved on to the church (Corpus Christi Church, Collier Row in Romford) to meet up with the groom and the boys.

The groom arrived in a Dodge Viper!

Not to be out-done, the bride arrived on a horse and carriage. I took some shots of the bridal party and the carriage before moving inside for the ceremony.

After the ceremony I took the large group shots at the front of the church before moving on to Crondon Park for the reception. Crondon Park is a Golf & Country in Stock, Essex and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.

After taking lots of candid and formal family group shots I then took the bride and groom for some romantic photographs using the grounds at Crondon Park.

There is a lovely pond right on the nearest green to Crondon Park house so we had to use this for some piccies.

There was time for a few more candid shots, and the confetti before the meal started.

I captured some receiving line shots, the bride and grooms entrance and of course the speeches not forgetting the cutting of the cake.

As part of the evenings entertainment the couple had a professional caricaturist by the name of Steve Hearn who was absolutely fantastic and incredibly quick. This was a real treat for many of the guests who were lucky enough to participate.

It was then time for the first dance and the couple had live entertainment playing which was great!

I really did enjoy photographing this wedding for Carla and David, they were a great couple to work with and I hope they liked my results.
